Information needed for your order
We collect the contact and delivery details you provide, order contents, personalisation instructions, artwork, correspondence and payment references needed to quote, prepare, fulfil and support your order. Please provide only information needed for your design and ensure you have permission to supply any other person’s details or photographs.
How information is used and shared
We use these details to communicate with you, confirm artwork and payment, make your personalised items, arrange delivery or collection, handle queries and maintain required business records. Relevant delivery details are provided to the selected courier or pickup service. Our website, hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate these services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Payments
Launch orders are paid by EFT. The website does not ask for your online-banking password or card details. When sending proof of payment, share only the information needed to identify your payment and order.
Website cookies and accounts
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and session information to maintain your cart, checkout and login. Browser and technical information may be recorded for website operation, security and troubleshooting. Disabling essential cookies can prevent the cart or checkout from working. Account information, if you create an account, is stored so you can access your orders.
Reviews and external services
Information you submit in a public product review may be visible to other visitors. Avoid including private contact details. External links, including courier locators and WhatsApp, lead to services with their own privacy policies.
